Steaky and Tsuga,  do you or you or your family members remember Clyde Franz, PSU class of 1971? He was a great wrestler and team mate of Andy Matter and Dave Joyner. Did you you know he died in May of 2016? I was surprised to see that and didn’t pick it up on the wrestling boards I read.

I remember Dave Joyner and Matter, but not Frantz. I called my father and he know of Frantz. He didn' know he died though. Bill Koll would have been his coach. We all know Rob Koll, his son, that coaches Cornell. State College kid.

Remember N.Allegheny's dream team back late 80's early 90's. Moore, Brinzer, Catalano. There was one more but I can't think of his name. Ty Moore died in 2014. Moore was a PIAA champ x4.

It was very hard at that time. You need to watch Hayden Hidlay NC State at 157. He' ranked "1. Comes from the same town I gre up in. His brother is taking the states by storm right now.
