Weston Carr will transfer to Penn State from Division II. He's 6'2", 200 lbs. and had very good production at Azusa Pacific in Southern California. He's also the brother of former Northwestern WR Austin Carr, and I think he'll be a big asset to the team.
Even if he doesn't start, he's a guy with very good fundamentals who can teach the younger talent so good habits.
