I’ve read on PennLive that some think he might transfer if he doesn’t start. There’s going to be competition everywhere you go in big dawg college football. Man I hate these new transfer rules. I’m telling ya the ncaa needs to change something up or teams won’t ever know who’s going to be on the team. IMO you transfer you sit one year regardless of the situation.

Here on Nits, there's one person that's sure PSU will have a pour season. Same for Levis transfer, I'll believe it when I see it.

You're absolutely right Southern!  I said before, the NCAA is destroying the game of college football.  It's becoming nothing more than a minor league feeder for the NFL.  Why even the NFL doesn't allow the freedom of movement that the NCAA created with their liberal transfer and immediate play policy.  The least they could do is hold firm to the one year sit after you transfer.  Honestly, I'd like to see them go back to the old days when Freshman were ineligible to play varsity.  That had so many benefits!  Allowed the kid to acclimate to college life, academics, but most importantly, IMHO, helped the kid mature and kept inflated egos in check!

Academics, acclimation to college life? The NCAA is all about the $$$$$$. Show them the ca$h and they will look the other way every time. Now, if it stinks so bad that it hurts their cash flow, then they will reluctantly be forced to do something.

The Transfer portal needs to close when camp opens... After that you are locked in and I agree no hardship exceptions, across the board sit one year is fair for everyone...

Not sure why he would want to leave?  He is one injury or a few bad games from taking over.  Jumping from team to team does nothing for you.  If everyone thinks they are the #1 player at their position on their team, seems you only need a roster of 22 player since no one wants to be 2nd team or in a rotation.

If Levis transferred he wouldn't start until his Junior year anyway.
