Down 24-35 with under 4 minutes left, they score and then make Houston punt. Then on 4th & 10 from the 50 with 22 seconds left score on a huge pass play down the seam.
5-1.... but wait... there's more! Houston HAIL MARY!!!!!! and WVU loses. Woof
What set up the hail mary? 15 yard penalty for excessive celebration on WVU. Without that, there arent in range to throw it. Woof.
