If the last name sounds familiar than your suspicions are correct. Liam is the younger brother of Sean Clifford. Liam is a 3* WR and a member of the class of 2021.

Tough place to start at PSU right now. Is he recruited as a pure receiver? Height? A good tall possession receiver is valuable. What does he play on defense?

He may not play defense... Most high schools that have the numbers have two units that never crossover.

Not sure how big a school he goes to. High schools in this area kids play both ways, just not big enough to have no cross over. Heck, some schools have had to drop down to 8 man football. FT's sign of the times.
