@rip Unfortunately.... But let's us have some hope.
I guess there's two ways to look at it...."Hope springs eternal!" OR "Hope in one hand and poop in the other - see which one fills up first." . Today I'm an optimist and I'll go with hope!

It would seem Franklin values kickers more than some coaches.
Punters are most overlooked from a Moneyball standpoint?

@underlion Yep, Franklin isn't afraid to use a scholarship on a kicker, most coaches don't. That's why I hold out a handful of Bob's hope that we land him.

After losing possibly 1 or 2 more NCs, Saban made kicking more of a priority too.
