Man my Bowflex might be going out and I’ve had that thing for 8 years. I was wondering if any of y’all use other kinds of exercise equipment that’s good as Bowflex. Just keeping my options open I’m very biased towards Bowflex. I paid $150 to get it looked at and the dude said it might be better to use it until it breaks because it won’t be cheap to fix  but he did say it might last 2 or 3 more years but it might not. It feels the same to me it just needs new belts. What do y’all use?

My equipment is better than your Bowflex...

I can hang more clothes on it.  Especially that chin-up bar.

Chainsaw and wood splitter for about 30 fc of firewood a yr and timber stand improvement....and a shovel on occasion.

Used to be you could pick up a good used Bowflex quite reasonable a month or two after the New Year's resolutions were broken. But the way things are now, that may not be the case.

It's amazing what hard outdoors work can do?  Isn't it?

Hey Southern.  During the pandemic when gyms were all shutdown. A friend of mine had me check out some resistance band videos on YouTube.  I picked up a set.   They are great plus they don’t take up any space in your house.

@forum-titan Yep. The biggest part of being outside is, I don't walk by the 'fridge or snack closet every 15 min to see if there's anything tempting I may have missed on the last trip to the kitchen.

Where can I find a job that pays $150 to say "maybe 3 years, maybe not"? 🤣

@roaminglion I think it's listed right below openings for TV weather folks.
