I am not convinced that this hot was actually a "roughing the passer" penalty.  Chop faces a potential $17,911 fine for this play.

This hit on Patrick Mahomes was called roughing the passer. Was the call right? | Chiefs Vs Dolphins

I would argue it was a good hit. But, ya have to protect the pretty boys. & where's the player's union in all this?
