For a little Sunday morning amusement, I have provided two links below.
The first is to an Opinion Piece in the Huntsville Times about a possible way for the Big 12 to jab the SEC. The article states that "UAB’s immaculate new stadium in downtown Birmingham is literally across the street from the headquarters of the Southeastern Conference".
The article also contains the following paragraph: "In response to the SEC’s beastly aggression and financial greed, the Big 12 should consider plucking UAB away from Conference USA and adding UAB to the Big 12 as a full conference member. If a chaotic realignment of college football is on the way, then having a Big 12 team in Birmingham would be a glorious subplot for the sport."

The second link is to a video from the SEC Shorts crew pertaining to the move of Texas and Oklahoma to the SEC. It is interesting to note that the SEC Shorts crew is located in Birmingham.
