I really think Parker Washington Could be up top at #1 and if Lamont Wade had been returning kicks all year he definitely would’ve been in my top 5 I’d like to know why he hasn’t always been returning kicks full time he did a great job. As of today Brisker and Dotson are rumored to be coming back. Apparently Brisker has told people if he had to decide today he'd be back and Dotson isn't hearing things from people connected to the NFL that make him want to declare for the draft.

I thought Scruggs played really well when he got in. I know the car accident really set him back. I think he will be really good next year. Plus Izzard played well to on the defensive line.

#86 is Brendon Strange. Redshirt freshman TE from Parkersburg, WVa. Was 1st team all WVa high school player as a DB and as a TE. 4 star recruit. Said that he wanted to come to Penn State because of the string of good TE's coming out of the school in the past 8 years.
