Minnesota up 28-10 on Purdue. It’s getting where if you don’t come ready to play you will get beat regardless who you play. I still can’t figure Pitt or buffalo out one week they play good and the next they struggle or get beat maybe it’s just that competitive now?

There is something to do with leadership and culture. Pitt lacks it. VT looks like they have lost it. NW has it.
It takes leadership to get a bunch of prima donnas to play for the team not themselves. Some of this leadership must come from players.
