I do think Ohio State gets the win, but I agree with you that Texas defense does match up well against the OSU offense. That said... @roaminglion I took Ohio St in the game on my card at work but I’m not going to be shocked if they lose. I’m the only one that has Ohio St and Penn St playing for the NC on a pool we do at work. That money in mine Roam lol
Texas is the most overrated team in college football...They didn't deserve to win that ballgame yesterday as the refs handed em that ballgame with that predictable no targeting call on what by definition was clearly targeting...With that penalty odds are Zona State kicks the FG and wins the ballgame...Ohio State is going to drill Texas worse than Notre Dame is going to drill Georgia...I think you are going to see barring major injuries a Penn State vs Ohio State national title game...I think Penn State will beat whoever wins today which my bet is Notre Dame in a blowout...Penn State is playing their best football of the season right now and are peaking at the right time...
I mean, they were up 14 with 6 minutes left in the game. Arizona State came back yes, but to say they didn't deserve to win it is a bit much. Also, they can't really be hugely overrated if they're in the semifinals. They won two games in the playoffs to get there, are ranked #3, and will be among the last 4 standing.
