See link above. These are my favorite videos to edit: Give a general topic: Examine Penn State’s run game against Boise and coach finds something off-the-radar to connect the dots of why it was successful – in this case, Kotelnicki’s use of pre-snap movement, ability to cloud eligible/ineligible receivers, and the effect all the smoke and mirrors has on 2nd and 3rd level run fitters.
Was this Kotelnicki’s best game? Probably not. But, as seen here, his impact on a game isn’t always the clever circus stuff. Sometimes it’s much more subtle. (I sound like his publicist.)
This was a terrible game by Kotelnicki in my opinion...This guy never stops baffling me...They were averaging over 8 yards a carry and he continued to abandon the run time after time...I will give him a piece of coaching advice...Run the ball til they stop you from running it...Another piece of coaching advice...Stop the east west baloney when you are controlling the line of scrimmage...North South is the only direction you should be going when your Offensive Line is dominating the line of scrimmage as Penn States was...Stop trying to be cute...You got top talent here this ain't Kansas...When you got the better talent you line straight up and beat their brains in...No need to trick anybody...You almost outsmarted yourself...He didn't do a good job of coaching Tuesday night...They should have hung 50 on that outfit the way they dominated the line of scrimmage...
