They're not all conference games in November! This year, Northwestern plays UMass on 11/16. Also, on 10/26 Michigan plays the Domers and Rutgers plays Liberty. I know 10/26 isn't November, but it's close enough. Anyway, the point is, they don't want to come up north!
Northwestern, Rutgers, and a special ND game. My mistake, 3 whole games.
Traditionally I don't think the Big Ten has played November games, maybe that is changing
