#1 Georgia
#2 Alabama
#3 Ohio State
#4 Penn State
#5 Michigan
I have Tennessee on the outside looking in this week. We only rank the top 5 teams here at Nits of the round table because this is where the big dawgs play.
@been-there-ii that 4th spot is up for grabs right now but we do have I believe 2 good road wins and we won big at home the other 2 games. I believe Purdue starting QB was out for the game last night but they still got the win.
That's a great call at #4. You da man, Southern!
Man, I'll tell you October is gonna be crazy. I don't think anyone in the country has had such a daunting three game stretch this year, or even in recent history.
Most likely we will play two teams in the top 5, and a team in the top 15 as well. Back, to back, to back. All 3 will likely be undefeated.
@roaminglion All undefeated, as, hopefully, will PSU for all three.

Love it!!!! I think we will see a very good Penn State performance next weekend! Moving up to #11, playing later in the day and against a Big10 team ( good or bad ) is going to motivate this team! Did you see next weeks games?
#4 Michigan on the road against Iowa. That's another tuff place to play! Iowa is 3-1 and their only loss is to a 3-1 Iowa St who just gave #16 Baylor all they could handle
#7 Kentucky vs #14 Ole Miss on the road
#2 Bama vs #20 Arkansas on the road.....I am taking Bama, but we can't forget that Bama road trip to Texas this year!
#9 Oklahoma State vs #16 Baylor on road
#10 NC State vs #5 Clemson on road. I am liking NC State here, it's my boss's team and they have pulled off some nice upsets in past.
That's 4 ranked teams ahead of Penn State playing ranked teams on the road except for Michigan. Take care of business with NW and Penn State could be sitting inside the top#10 AP poll when the dust settles next weekend! Michigan has two straight road games and no break before Penn State comes to town.....I am liking this scenario! I would think Iowa is going to be a draining game for Michigan.
GO STATE!!!
