How on Earth can you have Ohio State at number 5 when they lost to Purdue so badly.
CT it’s just the way I see it today. I thought ND dominated Syracuse Saturday and that’s something a few teams have had a hard time doing.
That’s just one game on the road playing a fired up Purdue team that has a good QB. I honestly don’t think anybody would’ve beat Purdue that night. Them kids were playing hard that night plus the kid that had the cancer and all. They were playing their hearts out for him and it was a night game. Strange things happen in them kind of games because I’ve seen it happen many times.
So you see Ohio State as number 5 today, when this past weekend they trailed Maryland all game and needed a failed 2-point conversion to win?

I haven't. I really haven't... I can't remember the time when a ranked team got blasted by a unranked team.... Oh wait, yeah I can! Ohio State last year LOL.
I'm sorry Southern, but it doesn't happen all the time. The top five do not get into night games with unranked teams and lose terribly. they may lose, but they're rarely blowout and when they are they drop in the rankings significantly.
They found a way to win again on the road. I just don’t underestimate Meyer and this Ohio st team is reminding me of the 2014 team. Just my opinion though you may be right. We’ll see Saturday?
Even if they win Saturday they aren't going to climb into the CFP unless Oklahoma loses.
