An Alabama student called in a bomb threat on LSU Stadium during the Florida v. LSU game. His stated reason for doing so was his friend was about to lose a large bet, so he wanted to stop the game.

This is no joke, when asked why he killed the Auburn trees he said "I had too much Bama in me"
Should I, or anybody, be surprised by now? No team in College Football I hate more than the Alabama Crimson Tide and it is not even close. Bama fans are truly the scum of the College Football earth. Classless, rude, arrogant, obnoxious, condescending, you name it! Bama fans think they can cop this "holier than thou" , "do as we say not as we do" attitude and look down at the rest of the fanbases and teams. I used to work at a Walmart before I left back in January and don't let the fact it is based in Razorback territory fool you, almost every Walmart is littered with Bama fans; customers, employees, and managers alike. You go into any Walmart, you can bet money they have anything with Bama on it and you'll be guaranteed to hear someone say the hideous words, "Roll Tide" 🤮 . Thankfully I am planning to get hired at a REAL store, Boscovs, but I digress. Fact is, Bama fans are the bane of my existence and it comes as no shock that one of those scumbags from the Bama fanbase would take home the Idiot Award. Â

Just a couple of things here:
1. You do understand that there really is no Idiot Award handed out...right??
2. I've been to several Bama games over the years (wearing my PSU colors) and have found their fans to be some of the most friendly and respectful fans around. I've been invited, and have joined in on many a tailgate before and after games. Â
3. I'm not really aware of Wal-mart's hiring criteria but I'm guessing its difficult finding Bama fans to run their stores in places like Ann-Arbor, Columbus, State College...just to name a few. Maybe some of the forum members living in different states can chime in about Wal-Mart's hiring practices.

I was just ranting because every time I came into contact with a Bama fan when I was out in public, they were condescending. Sorry, but I just can't stand Bama, period. The fact that the one Bama fan called in a bomb scare on LSU's Tiger Stadium during the Florida/LSU game does not surprise me. Â

Just an FYI, though I am a Penn State fan first and foremost... I am also an Alabama fan.
My father went there, my grandfather went there, and I got my Master's there. Don't judge a fanbase by the worst examples of them. LOL
All fanbases have crazy... I will admit though, Bama's crazy is certainly at another level.
