Hence getting DA playing time as it is just a matter of time before we are going to need him to step in at a crucial moment. 

Hope that moment doesn't come.  The improvement in our Oline as well as the emergence of a running game should help Cliff avoid injury.  Yet, I agree it's nice to have Allar as an insurance policy while he continues to gain valuable experience coming in for meaningful snaps.
