What does this mean for college football
@forum-titan It get's the "Bag Man" out in the open.
Hopefully someone soon slaps some regulations on the Bag Man or it's gonna be out of control.

I’m afraid it’s already out of control, what is happening now just makes it legit.
I think u start seeing hot market areas getting the top recruits even more so now. In some ways they (players) don’t have to play to initially get paid.
This system is going to favor the power schools with the big brands, large alumni bases and access to the larger media markets...I presented this question when this ruling first broke and will pose this same question again...How much can ESPN influence this market by steering their media money's towards the conferences and programs that are affiliated with them? ie. The SEC channel and the ACC channel...Is it too far fetched to assume they are going to put their thumbs on the scale to ensure their business interests are going to be protected and nurtured? Call me skeptical but any sport that has the type of money floating around like you have in big time college football and big time college basketball is going to be tainted in some way by that money...Look no further than the current farce of a playoff system...They are the only division in college football with only 4 teams in their playoff...You have to ask yourself why...If these smaller schools can have an expanded playoff system and these smaller programs can afford the extra travel and academic burden on the student athletes then ask yourself why this isn't good enough for the biggest market division with the huge budget to make this happen...What is the real reason they don't want this thing expanded? It sure as hell ain't because the competition isn't there to have 16 teams in a playoff like the other divisions do it...The stench of this thing gets worse each year...
AS I said many months ago..... Bye, Bye Miss American Pie!
