@cohappyi team an article on PennLive or espn and it said Parsons and James Franklin sat down and decided it was best for him not to come back because he’s missed so much time so that makes me assume he could but I could be wrong cohappy
Either way he's out. Honestly I am not worried about our defense, especially the LBs. If any part of the defense concerns me, it would be the secondary. Though even then I am not worried.
Of all positions, the one group we NEED to step up is the WRs. The two previous years have left a lot to be desired from that unit. We basically had KJ Hamler and not much else. Dotson is a decent #2 and probably a very good slot guy, but we NEED a quality #1 to step forward and hopefully a #1 & #2. If that happens we will be scary good.
I don't usually say 1 guy made such a huge difference, but I really do think losing Godwin to the draft hurt us more than losing Barkley to it. Sanders stepped up big time and filled that void, but without Godwin our WR production really suffered. KJ and no one else really.
@roaminglion the running game will be great that should take some of the pressure off the WR’s until somebody gets their feet wet and steps up. Brown is going to be a beast this year especially with the QB having a year under his belt the game should slow down for him. Our offense will be really good I believe it will be strongest unit we have but the defense will be good though. What I’m trying to say is the better the QB is the better Brown will be they should work great together.
