Over here in the great state of Alabama and listening to sports talk just like I always am and this dude that’s a Clemson man says the SEC has proven again it’s the best conference in all of college football. I guess I’ll have to eat crow on this one because I thought the big 10 was but the way Michigan got beat by TCU and the way Georgia destroyed TCU I have to agree with him. The big 10 let a few games go late in the bowl season imo so the big 10 will have to settle for second. It dang show ain’t the ACC and PAC and the 2 top teams in the big 12 got destroyed by the SEC teams. The big 10 has gotta little more work to do but it was a good season for the big 10 just come up a little short.
The way I see it is coaching. Schools in the SEC aren’t afraid to shell out money for the guy they want and they probably have 5 coaches better than the top coach in the B1G which is most likely Hairbawl.

B1G is close. Georgia got lucky against tOSU because the Buckeyes lost 2 key players during the game. Michigan played the worst game in their history.
Can’t argue that the SEC isn’t the best but the BIG 10 is close.
@sky I believe the big 10 is closing the gap with the SEC and the 12 team playoff system should close the gap with all the conferences. Man I wish it started next year. College football is about to get really competitive. I don’t believe Georgia got lucky they made plays in nitty gritty crunch time to win the game and Ohio St didn’t. Coach Day should’ve run the ball to make the FG shorter imo
@southern-psu-fan the last couple years have shown that Day is not the second coming of Urban Meyer like OSU fans had thought.
