I don't disagree with it. Great experience for HS athletes.  Not sure how it will look when 200 fans sit inside of a stadium that holds 100k plus.

My guess is the crowd will be closer to 15k than 200 fans...

200.  LOL..I already know a ton of non state college residents heading to the game...and who the hell cares what it'll look like?  90% of hs stadiums don't fill up anymore.  Take your negativity elsewhere moron.

FD, I hope you are correct.  As we know there is a rapid decline of rosters in Pennsylvania among other states. Participants at HS games is also rapidly declining.  Sad but true.  Just read article other day about rosters in my area. Right from the horses mouth, the  coaches. Power house Southern Columbia which is miles from me faces South Williamsport. South Williamsport will dress 23 players. 23! That's not good.  I caught a few games this year.  I watched a AAA school run 26 players onto the field.  This school just a few years ago dressed 45-50 players.  I'm hoping this trend passes over.

Not sure of the enrollment numbers of these two schools you follow, but Cumberland Valley has darn near 10,000 students in the district and State College is quite large as well.

I'd be interested to see what the attendance numbers are actually going to be.  Would someone mind posting that tomorrow??  I realize that it will more than likely be an estimate.....still curious nonetheless

I wouldn't think drawing 15k people to that game would be a problem for those schools...We had 450 kids in our whole high school and routinely drew 12k people for our Turkey Day game...I could easily see large schools like those 2 drawing close to 25k people for that game...I will be curious to see how many folks actually attends that contest...
