I just heard a doc state that if we ALL would have worn masks per CDC guidelines when this first broke out back in March, we would almost be back to normal today....he was using scientific logic/data that they have been compiling. He also stated they are learning more and more about this virus every single day and wearing a mask is by far the best thing we can all do.
GO STATE AND WEAR A MASK!!

i just don’t get the pushback on wearing a mask, particularly those that feel it infringes on their rights. The mask is meant to mostly protect others from the virus, what about other people’s rights?
I had a similar experience at Costco, a woman walked around very smugly with her mask over the top of her head, she was making her statement.
I do what dr fouci says if it’s possible he’s the best and who better to listen too? I personally don’t think I’m going to get sick from the virus but why take a chance. People that have health issues and the elderly is who I’m worried about healthy people will be okay. My 76 year old uncle lives with my daughter and I’m worried that he could get it.

It's almost like signaling who the idiot is... Where's Waldo? Yup, there they are complaining about their rights being infringed by wearing a mask. Because it's just so damn hard to wear a mask.
i just heard on the news 9 out of 10 people wear a mask and that’s total BS I’d say 2 out of 10 wear a mask and I drive a truck traveling to NC, SC TN and Tide country baby lol and I don’t see many people wearing a mask. I’m just going on with ya brother you’ve seen my mask lol. It’s gettin where all the virus stuff is gettin political and the fake news media won’t report the facts especially with the polls they do. Can it hurt to just do what Dr Fouci says? No!
I got a question if somebody knows. Should we be wearing safety glasses if it can get in your eyes? I haven’t heard anything on wearing safety galsses. Dr Fouci says don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth so I’m assuming it can get in your eyes?

Recently Pa was ( limited) opened for restaurants, enter with a mask, dine without one, most people abide. I can’t speak for outside of Pa or what others do after 9 pm.

The truth of the matter is that the current President of the United States has turned wearing a mask into a political issue and a political statement. Again I will say I believe all politicians are crooks and think they are all full of sh*t. Health and Death should never be politicized. What absolutely amazes me is that there are people out there that still think this whole thing is a hoax. I wish I could have taken folks along with me in March and April to see what I have seen as even if I had photographs and film footage these same people would say it was staged and fake. Our country is in one hell of a sad state right now. I think everybody has lost their minds. From denying a pandemic to disbanding police departments, tearing down statues of George Washington and everything in between. Lord have mercy on us all....

LOL....I think it inevitable that God will destroy the earth and albeit He won’t do it via a great flood, I only hope He won’t do it using scary clowns. I shudder to think about it.

thats exactly right Lake, nothing else needs to happen for the good LORD to pull the plug I was just hoping it was going to happen after I got out of here lol....we ain’t going to stop what’s coming brother! My post doubled and I think it’s because I hit post twice being impatient for it to go through. I do everything on my iPhone and sometimes it’s slow.
@the-funeral-director 5 Governors made the decision to basically kill people living in long term care facilities, something like 60% of all long term care facilities deaths are in these states. NY NJ PA CA and MI. Even the secretary of health of PA moved his mother out of a nursing home before this happened. In PA 65% of covid deaths were in nursing homes.
I don't give a rats ass where the people died. I know that 85% of the cases I removed were either in hospitals or from the medical examiners offices in NYC, Westchester and Rockland Counties. I have no idea where the deaths occurred in PA as I only removed one case from there and the person died at home. Once again to try to politicize this and play the blame game is a fools errand. How are they making out down in Florida, Texas and Arizona right now? I am not gonna get into the shit and roll around in it with you Cohappy...You wanna blame the democratic governors and that is your prerogative. The other side blames trump for sitting on the information he had since November and dismissing this as a "hoax". All I know is the whole thing was terribly mishandled by the people we entrust to handle these situations properly. Go on with your daily business and I hope and pray you don't get sick. Follow the guidelines if you wish and if you don't so be it. Frankly I am done arguing with people on this topic. This misinformation that is being thrown around as fact is quite remarkable to me. What's even more remarkable is the lack of common sense in believing the nonsense that is being spewed out. The nonsensical argument that we have more cases cause we have more tests..So is that to say if we didn't test these people they wouldn't have the virus? As far as the 65% of deaths were in nursing home facilities is concerned I would venture to guess that is pretty close to the percentage of deaths in years past...To say that 65% of the people who die are in a nursing home facility of some sort is fairly reasonable...As with past flu's it has been my experience that nursing homes always seem to be hit particularly hard due to the fact that these folks are in closed in areas...Again I will say that I had the sad task of removing many young people as a result of this vicious virus...I am afraid as a country we are heading down the wrong course regarding combatting this virus and as a result many more people are gonna needlessly die...I believe the 2nd wave will hit the northeast about mid October and hammer the country til about may of 2021 unless they come up with a safe and viable vaccine...Roam says one is looking promising and may be on the way...In my humble opinion that is our only hope....

And the people that screwed up the most is politicizing the virus the most. My man FD is up close and personal with this virus than most of us he’s dealing hands on with it every day. Keep up the good work FD in these difficult times.
You couldn't be more correct about that Cohappy. This has been a comedy of errors from the get go. From the top down and at every level. The sad reality is a lot of people died that didn't need to because of a lack of preparation and organization. I am gonna warn all of you that this is just the beginning and the worst is yet to come unless my man Roam is right and we can get a safe and effective vaccine in short order.
