Any reports on what they have coming back? How many returning players? Any players that pose a threat?

You're the expert on sPitt and LoseRU so why don't you fill us in on both of them?

Will be a competitive game. For long term bragging rights, it’s imperative that PSU earns a victory.

Pitt's defense returns most of their starters, so they will be a decend unit. As for the offense, it had a lot of turnover. I think only 4 starters return.

They didn't really look all that great last week either, beating Albany 33-7. Albany is an FCS team, and not a good one at that.

Snakeoil, you’re not wanted, so “why don’t you make like a tree and get out of here.” But seriously, why don’t you just pull a Michael Jackson and just “beat it!” Oh wait, that’s probably what you do in your mom’s basement.

Does it really matter what they have back?

1) This game always means to Pitt than us. That’s always been true...and Nardouchie has only fanned those flames. He’d cut off his arm to beat PSU if he had to.

2) This team needs to focus on its own stuff. We’re not good enough to get distracted. They need to take care of business and channel their inner SPF and “just win, Baby.”

Every game presents the same opportunity. PSU has to go seize it.

Not sure what "bragging rights" are left? It's not like the "old days" when the players competed against each other in HS and then move on to PS or Pitt and continued the rivalry. PA is no longer PS's fertile recruiting ground it once was. To most players, it's another team and another Saturday.

Saturday night has nothing to do with Pitt...From a talent standpoint Penn State will run out better athletes and have more of them to rotate in...It's all about Penn State and their ability to grow as a team...The issue with Penn State isn't talent but maturing and maturing fast to eliminate basic mistakes with coverages, reads and tackling...We will know a lot more Saturday night...

If someone asks what they have coming back, then I will give them an answer. If a poster asks the question, obviously the want an answer.

And enough with the team needs to focus nonsense, not one poster here is on the team. No one is going to lose focus because some poster on this forus asked a question.

Hoping the game represents what is good about college athletics.
