ESPN doesn’t give Penn St a chance. I’m assuming because Oregon beat Ohio State and we lost. Oregon got Ohio State early when the big 10 would never let Penn St play Ohio St early in the year. Penn St will always be the red headed step child in the big 10 but I guess it’s worth the money. The big 10 will always be shit in ole southerns eyes baby…fudge the money 😂

@southern-psu-fan that’s BS. Playing them early has nothing to do with it, OSU was more vulnerable when we played them and we have 2 new coordinators which usually means it will take time for players to get used to the system.  Big game James is why we lost to OSU not the schedule.

Until JF starts playing to win in these games people are going to continue picking against us.

@psujoe  I know you don’t like James Franklin but getting teams early that have better players is always beneficial.

@southern-psu-fan Not when your team is adjusting and getting used to new systems on both offense and defense. Not only that but OSU had injury issues when we played them but were still healthy when Oregon did. We were lucky to play OSU when we did and our coach once again blew it.

Maybe this is the game Jimmy becomes James in my book.  Just win, baby! 

Really the only difference I see in this year vs last year is the QB is a little better because he’s a year older. AK or TA is any better or worse than Yurcich and Diaz. I also believe that’s a good thing it show good consistency.

Did I see that betting odds have PSU slightly favored?  Basically a toss-up.

@psujoe  maybe i’m dreaming but our secondary seems to be killing us. I watch 3-4-5 guys watch a guy catvh a ball in front of them and apparently a tackle now is a bump. I have watched too many games this year where the opponent on 3rd and anthing throws and gets it.  Penalties are absurd. I’m betting there is some baiting but don’t take it.
