I don’t know how you rush for nearly 300 yards and still lose. I mean I know how, I watched it happen.
Stupid penalties, poor tackling, lack of a big time receiver and Oregon adjusting to take #44 out of the game in the second half is why we lost. Luckily the stupid decision to go for 2 wasn’t a factor.
Yup. In the two games we lost this year, I am very confident to say you take the #1 WR from their team and put him on our roster... we win. We need WRs bad, ours really struggle to get open consistently.

We should’ve run the ball on that last INT we were killing’em on the ground. That’s on the OC. Doesn’t matter how good a QB plays if he turns the ball over and it doesn’t matter how good the OC calls a games if he makes a bad play call that beats you.
Allar’s been afraid to throw the deep ball most of the season so what changed tonight? The kid needs another year in college before heading to the NFL
@psujoe I hope he comes back because I believe he’s getting better and starting to click with the OC but this is his 3rd year and both INT were bad throws there’s no way to sugarcoat it. The good news is I believe he got even better last night even though we lost and we still have a good chance to run the table as long as we don’t have the big 10 refs calling the games we’re in. Those refs last night should be fired they were terrible. The refs beat us last night..fudge the big 10 and I really do say fudge 😂
I think what changed is we were playing Oregon and not Ohio State.Allar’s been afraid to throw the deep ball most of the season so what changed tonight? The kid needs another year in college before heading to the NFL
I think this game showed that Ohio State's defense is elite... but OSU's offense isnt great. Oregon's offense is elite
@roaminglion Oregon’s secondary was supposedly as good or better than OSU’s and your theory doesn’t explain why he was afraid to throw deep vs all those other teams.
Well he did throw deep against USC. I think it is play calling to an extent too. For whatever reason though, we are in with a home game and Allar seems to be growing as a passer@roaminglion Oregon’s secondary was supposedly as good or better than OSU’s and your theory doesn’t explain why he was afraid to throw deep vs all those other teams.
1st int wasn't great, 2nd one was a wierd playcall AND the DB was pulling our WRs shirt.
All that adds up to us in a great spot. Looking at the bracket I love our spot, and prefer it over where Oregon is at.
