Matt Campbell’s Nittany Lions take the field for the first time in the battle of the “We Ares” with Marshall.
I have not been this excited for a season in some time. Yes, even more than last season, because this year, at least for Game 1, I won’t be able to predict what will happen in nearly every situation. That alone is exciting.
I hope we see some deep shots downfield, good wide receiver play and a solid run game, all backed up by a defense that dominates. I want to see the line pushing people around in the trenches.
Yes, I know it’s only Marshall, but we have also seen previous Penn State teams fail to show their dominance against far inferior opponents.
The truth is, I’m not sure what we have just yet, and that’s what makes this so intriguing.
So join the live chat and lets have some fun!
(hopefully the wifi is improved so I can participate from the stadium)
Well said Caven! Thank you for keeping this forum going we all appreciate you..We got fast Jerry in the house now 😂
It feels to me like I'm watching any two teams playing. I know almost no one on either team.
- @psugrad81 no names on the jerseys 81 just the way it needs to be. These players are enrolled at Penn State and play for Penn State. It’s college football today I guess buddy lol
