Paul Chryst should be fired because the bottom line is Wisconsin has got worse since he got there. I believe the guy that’s the intern coach will get the job. Chryst might be a good coach it just didn’t work at Wisconsin but he did pretty good at Pitt if I remember right.

IMO Paul Cryst was an average coach who took over a great program at Wisky. His first 3 years were really good, but it was with an established staff and support system with players from the previous coach. After that, you could see a steady decline in Wisconsin from year to year IMO. Once Beliemia's recruits and players left, Wisconsin was average.
At Pitt, he was average too.
I think this was just Wisconsin paving the way to hite Leonhard as the coach full time. Favorite son of Wisky, young, and the defense was always good under him. They didn't want to lose him, and I could definitly see Nebraska or some others going hard after him if Wisky didn't lock him up.

@roaminglion I agree roam. isn’t Leonhard the intern coach? I’m thinking that’s what I heard. I probably should said they’ve fell off the last 3 or 4 years.
I still believe Jim leoanhard will be their next head coach unless he just drops the ball the next 7 games. I believe they’ll start winning and finish strong. Rest of their schedule is very winnable games and they could run the table.
