Grand kids were tormenting me being a t-shirt/jeans man.  Mine were blue/white vertical stripes. Bought at People's Nation (a hippie store in a converted People's National Bank) on Allen St in SC

Very stylish for the time. Wasn’t there a store called Zena’s Basement or something like that on W College Ave? I remember buying a cheap flannel shirt there.

Not sure which decade you were at Penn State, but I've lived here my whole life and began going downtown in the 70's as a teenager.  The only thing I remember close to that name was a Bar under the Corner Room called Zeno's
