What will you be doing when September rolls around since football will be discontinued until further notice? As you know, it's back. Reported cases in football camps. Southern states are seeing surging cases. You don't realize how bummed I am. Other than that, this is really strange. It's starting to get on my nerves. Guess I will be spending more time outdoors and working on projects around the house.
I’m still hoping for some football 🏈 so my wife will stop spending money around the house. I’ve took it on the chin around here baby lol
I will be busy repairing damage I’ve done this summer attempting home repair. Seriously, I won’t attend sporting events of any kind but if on tv, I’ll watch with Penn State enthusiasm.
If no football I won't have to spend the whole day coming & going to a few games or I won't have to hurry home from hunting or fishing.
I guess no one told all these college football players who have recently caught COVID-19 that it was over.
30 of LSU’s 115 players have been isolated because they tested positive for COVID-19 or were found to have had contact with those who tested positive.” All of those involved are asymptomatic. There have been no hospitalizations related to the outbreak as of yet.
Doesn't this show that it doesn't have much of an effect on young, healthy people. 30 out of 30 asymptomatic. They wouldn't have known if they weren't tested. Schools should be opened. Old age homes may need better safety procedures.
Don't buy into that regarding the young... I had the unfortunate task of picking up many people under the age of 30 who didn't survive this vicious virus... It kills the young as well as the old... This is still the 1st wave... There is a 2nd wave coming and that will be worse than the first... We need a vaccine... That is the only answer... Unfortunately I am gonna be working a lot of hours instead of watching sports...

No, it doesn't show that at all. It can sometimes take as long as 15 days to even display symptoms if you are going to get them, and many of the players likely haven't even had it that long yet. They only got back to campus at LSU on June 9th, which probably means they contracted it between now and then. Since it can take 10-15 days for symptoms to even show....
Just sayin' that being asymptomatic now doesn't mean you will be in a week. I'm not here to comment or get into severity arguments or back and forth about opening or not opening, just saying being asymptomatic on June 21st considering they weren't even on campus until 7-10 days ago doesn't mean much.

Yeah, I hit a rock in early summer with the mower. Took the blades off and sharpened them up.
