Seems that Bowen chose to concentrate on obtaining his degree this semester over playing football. Hopefully, this will shutdown the rumor mills that he "screwed up" again....but I doubt it!
I really don't care all that much why he left, it doesn't change the fact that I wish him the best no matter why he left.
But regardless, it certainly wouldn't be the first time someone was "pursuaded" to leave in their best interest. Not saying it happened here, I don't know, but I see it all too often i business where someone is fired but it's reported that the "personal reasons" or "better opportunities".
Again though, no matter what the reason is, I wish the best for him and in his educational pursuits. Perhaps he just isn't a multitasker, and needed to concentrate on academics in order to pass. Who knows.
