This is my feeling on the conferences:
Big Ten: Top heavy. 2 at the top, 1 just below, and then a lot of chum.
SEC: More top heavy. 1 elite, 3-4 towards the top, and them a lot of chum.
Big 12: Very balanced, good teams but not great. TCU is th outlier who could be really good but hard to tell
Pac 12: Half and half... Half are pretty good teams, half are pretty bad teams.
ACC: Two average teams that look elite because the conference is pretty bad. Notre Dame signle handedly beat their best.
