Wow, just like that we may be watching our last Penn State game in 2020 and maybe even the last one for this season. It's been a season of ups, downs and a whole lots of Quarterback runs. I think I can speak for everyone in saying that this season, no matter how many asterisks it's has, did not go as any of us had planned.
Despite the results in the field I want to give James Franklin and his staff credit for taking Covid as seriously as they have. It is no easy task to keep this many players safe and that is exactly what he did. He put the safety and welfare of his player and family first.
Yes, he has still done some things on the field that make us all scratch our heads but in a year with so much uncertainty he has certainly done a great job of leading the team through it off the field. Heres hoping this makes them stronger and that next year we can get back to our winning ways.
One thing I am also certain of is that I am glad we got to spend this season watching together. You really are one of the finest group of men and football fans I have ever been around.
