Both cannot return soon enough, we need more pressure on the QB.
Thompkins was absent, not sure why he wasn't involved at all? Maybe good coverage? Who knows, but if it continues when Shorter is ready to play Thompkins better watch out.

Did Dotson play? I heard on the radio that Franklin has been high on him.

I don't think so, he was 3rd on depth chart behind Polk and Hippenhammer too. Maybe he got in there for a play or two though, I don't know.

Thompkins was a disappointment. At least three times I saw him standing as his guy tackled the RB or QB. Very poor blocking.
Was also disappointed in JJ drops.
