I’m a big Franklin fan but it’s now time for him to prove his worth. He says all the right things. He is an outstanding recruiter and now PSU has talented and motivated guys wearing the blue & white. He needs to not only out recruit his opponents but he must out coach them.

The Ohio State game this year could be the biggest of Franklin’s career at Penn State.

Winning season every year since he got to Penn State. 3 eleven win seasons big 10 championship and played in 3 big time bowl games and won 2 of ‘em so Franklin has nothing to prove he just needs to keep winning and other big 10 championships and NC will come. Just keep winning baby and good things happen!

I agree with Southern. Franklin has proved himself. He has made a few bonehead game time calls in my opinion but overall he has done a great job. I hope some day he makes Joe our second longest serving coach.

I hope he remembers Freirmuth!  I read that he didn't go to the tight end much at Minnie.  Maybe it was because his TE's weren't that good.

I think that's more it, Minnesota used their playmankers and TE wasn't a strong area for that.
