A machine embroiders those shirts. So the machine was programmed wrong. Somebody fixed it and still let a shirt thru. Bad quality. Then 100 players and coaches in the room and nobody noticed? Or perhaps someone noticed but they didn't have a backup shirt? No, I don't believe that, maybe they didn't, was IN the away team?
