Looking at things today I’m not so sure we had a WR problem because 2 of our WR’s went to the SEC and lambert Smith was all SEC being a stud WR at auburn and Wallace is the leading WR at ole Miss and the WR’s have looked pretty good since James Franklin got fired and Grunk has taken over as QB and I believe the 2 young WR’s that wasn’t seeing the field is also showing they can play. IMO James Franklin and DA was the problem. We may as well face the facts that James Franklin wasn’t playing the best players ya’ll seen it with your own eyes K-Allen not gettin the snaps he deserved. Just trying to keep it real baby.
Another coach kicked to the curb and walked over by the fans. Just like James, Knowles and the others over the past 10 years.

I wish the above quote applied more in my life. I had to take a test before employment and there were certain qualifications for the job. However, someone around me took the test 2x , didn't have the qualifications. Basically, cried and weaseled his way in the door. It's been years with the same Ole song. No improvement, just do the minimum and get away with it by showing large amounts of flattery, and surprisingly it works ! It's one huge slap in the face for the ones that came with qualifications, education and experience. At one time I felt bad for the person until I realized what he does to get by.
I don't know what line of work you are in Pipe but if it requires education and testing to be qualified I would say open up your own business and compete with them...That's what I did and it was the best thing I ever did...I can tell you that good, qualified and reliable people are hard to find and as an employer when I find a good person I respect them and do whatever I can to retain them because it is getting very hard to find good, qualified and reliable people to work...Believe me when I say good people are hard to find and if you ain't happy where you are it is time to move on...Whether it be to a competitor or open up your own business and compete with them...Life it way too short to waste your time someplace where you ain't happy and don't feel valued for your contributions to the organization...
