I don’t know much about Joe Brady but I do know Buffalo is pretty good on offense and I like the QB. Is Grunk his style of QB because I believe Josh Allen is a very mobile QB, right? I don’t care what anybody says, if a QB is mobile and can run it’s something stats don’t show that’s so important on moving the chains. That’s what’s killed us this year DA not having #9 and #44 behind center picking up first downs the offense just ain’t the same and that’s been the difference on beating teams like NW, Indiana, UCLA and Iowa we beat these teams just like we always do. That’s what’s killed this year that one piece missing has killed us on offense this year.
Right now I have no clue who it could be but it is kind of amazing that there has been zero information leaks and not one credible lead from any of the blabber mouths on podcasts and TV. It's been nothing but click bait speculation and jumping from one alleged hot candidate to another. From what I was told at the beginning of the search the goal was to have a guy signed by the end of November so maybe some real info starts to leak next week?

Once again WTF are you even talking about? We have consistently out recruited Michigan, Oregon kicks our ass more often than not when it comes to recruiting and in case you haven't noticed they've beaten us both times we've played since they joined the B1G.

Another thing you probably haven't noticed is USC has passed us in recruiting and quality of play on the field and they are west coast too. And Washington isn't far behind.

NEWSFLASH only one major CDB program has hired a coach so far and the only reason they were able to do that was because the guy they hired was unemployed. Ridiculous to think we’re going to get a coach before the season is over. Like I’ve said numerous times the earliest we’re going to start getting legit info is next week and the info I got from a legit source was the goal is to have a guy locked in around the end of the month.

As for the penn state coaching situation, everything is a secret. Names are being redacted and crossed out to keep everyone guessing.
I think the next Penn State HC is already a done deal...Also when the next HC is hired the recruiting will snap back and with the portal everything will be fine...Firing Franklin was the cleansing and refresh this program needed...The Penn State Football Program will be better off for this...Just be patient...

When it comes to a coach getting a job like Penn St 8 million or more you have to make the move right now and let everybody know this is where this teams stands that keeps the team committed. Bob was on his way to the Super Bowl but he still let it be known I’m the man that will be at Penn St and it worked. James Franklin when he was hired had a month to get things together and our recruiting class didn’t jump ship like these next 2 years recruiting classes are. Homer knows way more than I do about recruiting and to be fair to his way of seeing things I did hear this morning that Florida class might start going to shit so maybe that’s just the way it is today when coaching changes are made but I’m assuming James Franklin made his move early so VT didn’t take a hard hit plus he could start working on getting Penn St recruits and players to jump on his train. I wasn’t that panicked until Franklin took the VT job because I know exactly what he’s up too.
Anytime you beat Penn St and Michigan it’s a good win regardless if they’re good or average so I give Cignetti credit for these wins but besides the big win at Oregon can yall please explain to me why some of y’all believe he’s any better than James Franklin. Besides a couple of teams the big 10 has a bunch of average teams and that’s all he’s beat. Indiana will lose the big 10 championship if they go and they’ll lose in the first round of the playoffs if they go just wait and see. And remember I said this baby.
Franklin didnt have a job, and found a viable suitor who is good with his history and package, so he was good to go with no internal or external distractions.
There’s gonna be a dominoe effect over the next three weeks. HC guys aren't jumping ship if they are in the playoffs and probably wont comment. Assistants are a different story, imo.
