I found out pretty early that you can't upload any pictures, so you have to find the picture source. I went on the Google and searched for the triggered meme, found the one I wanted, and then pasted the source into the box that comes up when you click the picture icon in the toolbar

Don't paste it into the message box, paste it in the picture source box. Click on reply and then above the area where you normally enter your message you see A row of icons. Click on the one for pictures and when the box opens post your copied picture location in there.
