My lord, why is it we always have some crazy idiot fans at Penn State lately? First the guy with the hair cuts, now morons sending Clifford death threats. SMH
Clifford is one of the main reasons we’re 9-1 but he has 1 bad game and here comes the hate lol. Some folks need to get a life!
There are a lot of sickos in society today. Just thinkin', could this be a result of legalized sports betting??
I guess you’ve got to pay to read anything on PennLive now. I get content disabled to much to pay for anything lol. I’ll help out here if caven ever needs it because it would be worth it to me because you guys are some great friends and I love talking penn st football with y’all but I don’t see paying for PennLive especially gettin content disabled all the time.
That's pretty sad. Nice fans. Does this happen in other programs? I believe Flemming was also getting bad messages after his announcement.
Relax people!
It's only a college football game
I suppose this represents 1% of 1% of the Penn State nation but it’s soooo sick.

Yes, it happens in pretty much every fan base. Unfortunately.

As mentioned above, other article comments. Most likely the results of someone losing money ?
Could be Ohio State trolls merely to cause a distraction. Probably very common in the age of the Internet. I knew a high school athletic director that received death threats because she didn’t fire a coach. Turned out to be an emotionally disturbed student. Personally I think this whole thing is being blown out of proportion. But I understand in the era of shootings, there is no such thing as being too careful.
Death threats notwithstanding, PSU’s young team is performing better than many expected prior to the season.
