Absolutely.    After watching that paint dry offense of Donovan, Moorhead was a breath of fresh air and did outstanding with the talent he had.   Great gamble by Moorhead and I hope he does great at Miss St.   It would be interesting if PSU and Miss St play against each other in a bowl.

quote: Ricky Slade, 5 Star RB and the #1 APB according to 24/7. Apparently yes, he does want to play for this team. Same for Devyn Ford, but he’s only the #4 RB I guess.

That run only last so long as with any high performing organization it is only a matter of time before the talent stops wanting to be a part of the team/org when the team/org fails to live up to the expectation of high performing. If no improvement you are left with the scraps to play the game. Basic recruitment and retention cores in the the business world, same applies to high level sports.

As my mother (RIP) was fond of telling me "it never hurts to ask." But realistically, the chances of Gattis returning are about the same as me winning the lottery!😁

The head coach should have been fired at halftime.

Good morning mb, that was just a good ole fashion butt kicking yesterday lol, it’s not the first one we’ve ever had and it won’t be the last one either lol. Let’s see how this team fights these next 4 games. 10 wins on a rebuilding year ain’t all that bad. I don’t see them giving up we just got man handled yesterday and we took it on the chin.

Hey SPF,

First, when you reference "10 wins" I'm assuming you're including the bowl game. The next three games should be winnable but after the recent slide, I'm somewhat pessimistic. I have seen nothing from Franklin's coaching thus far that gives me any confidence that he will be able to rally this team. This team is just really been ill prepared to compete with teams once they got into the heart of their schedule.  Look no further than the loss to MSU after the bye week. That was inexcusable! And you can't use the "injury" excuse this time.

I really hope we don't meet JoMo in a bowl game.  That could make James look bad!

Yep! Don't believe it would be the pupil (Franklin/Rahne) showing up the teacher in that matchup!

I was asking this during the live game day chat. Didn't Limegrover come over prior to Moorhead??  If so, his skill set for producing linemen was not forged in a RPO universe.  I want the RPO gone, but if Franklin wants to keep it, then maybe having a line coach that knows that system and has trained linemen for years on how to successfully play in that system is what we need.  Like hiring a Spanish Teacher then saying this year, you are teaching the French Class.
