When your coach burns a timeout because he's not prepared then doesn't use a timeout at a critical point in the game because he burned one prior.
Fire him.

How could Franklin call a timeout to punt the ball before half. Michigan has no timeouts left and have been dominating an exhausted defense throughout the first half. Again, you can get away with these coaching inefficiencies against crappy teams but not against the good teams.
