I would put it Michigan #1, Cincy #2, Bama #3, Notre Dame #4 and I agree with your list as to how it will be...I also agree the system sucks and is a farce...
The bottom line is the big 10, PAC, ACC and big 12 need to put up or shut up in bowl games and the playoffs and get wins against the SEC!
It seems to me that they played some games this year and the SEC lost every game they played against the Pac 12, B1G and Big 12...This year is the only year that matters and the games should matter...Conference championships should matter too...There should NEVER be 2 teams from the same conference in a 4 team CFP...The system has to change but it won't as long as ESPN is pulling the strings...

Come on man, off the top of my head I know Arkansas beat Texas and Texas A&M beat Colorado. Heck... you even mentioned the Colorado game earlier. Last I checked those are Pac 12 and Big 12 teams. Just stop, you're grasping at straws that arent even there now. No, the SEC didn't lose those games or nearly the amount of games you seem to think they did.
@roaminglion and all Michigan and Cincinnati or Baylor have to do is go out and prove the committee wrong by putting 2 SEC teams in the playoffs and beat ‘em. If Alabama beats Cincinnati and Georgia beats Michigan the CFP committee will think they are on the right side again. This is what I call nitty gritty time baby and rather it’s fair or not these are the games you have to step up and win to get respect or the benefit of the doubt whatever you want to call it.let’s give Michigan some credit, them dudes have picked up their game they are earning respect and if they win a playoff game they’ll start getting the benefit of the doubt when it’s needed and when it’s somebody’s opinions on who’s the best 4 teams, it’s needed all the time. Just go back when the goat joe Paterno was building Penn St this dude had to go down south and beat Georgia in their back yard in the sugar bowl and had to go out west and beat Miami which not to many people thought could be done but Penn St stepped up and got the wins. Penn St lost a few to but come nitty gritty time in big time stud bowl games the goat joe Paterno and The Penn St football team went everywhere including the south and kicked butt and that’s how you get respect. It doesn’t mean they like you they just respect you. If Michigan and Cincinnati want respect, go win a playoff game

I don’t think Cincinnati can beat Baylor and if Baylor just had one loss I probably would want Baylor in but with 2 losses I’m thinking Cincinnati should probably get in. IMO Oklahoma State blew it because had they beat Baylor I believe the CFP committee would’ve jumped them over Cincinnati but they just couldn’t get it done so they will have to sit out the playoffs. I thought they wasted a play throwing the ball on 3rd down they had plenty of time to run.
If Cincinnati won the whole thing, the college football world would go nuts.

Yea but based on your "BIG DAWG" theory, they should have been labeled trash and never allowed to compete at the upper levels regardless of what they did on the field. Field of play results only matters when you think it should matter and it is not the same for all teams!! Oh and a portion of the 389 were from Howard/Samford 31 with 12 removed for NCAA violations for using ineligible players. If your going to lay out statistics lay it ALL out!!
@navylion I didn’t think they counted the Sanford wins. And if they count anything that Oklahoma and Nebraska did then I’m not worried about the 12 wins that got took from Florida St because Oklahoma and Nebraska got away with more crap than any teams I’ve ever seen. I don’t know where you and roam think I don’t think games count because I do I just don’t think lower non power 5 teams should make the playoffs that’s just my opinion. It’s all opinion and my opinion today is I don’t think Cincinnati can beat Ohio St and I’d bet my house that 99% of the CFP committee feels the same way but again I can’t prove it, it’s just what I believe. Honestly, who on here believe Cincinnati can beat Ohio St?
