We dropped 3-4 spots after OT with App State, and Oklahoma just went to OT with Army. I can just see it now: "Well no one wants to play that option game of Army, those guys are men", and Oklahoma won't move a bit.
OK is one of the teams that the "experts" say is good enough to win the NC and are head and shoulders above everyone other than Bama,OSU,Clemson and Georgia so an almost loss means nothing.
I'm sure they'll explain to us that the only reason the game was that close is because a certain player stubbed his toe or maybe had a hangnail
If we win next Saturday we will move up.

Some lions need help understanding reality.
Unfortunately I know the reality...The sacred cows get preferential treatment under the guise of the "eyeball test"...I honestly don't know why they even go through the motions...Give em all byes into the cfp and have it over with... It is insulting to our intelligence that they put us through these elaborate machinations with the polls every week to rig who gets into the Cfp beauty pageant... How they rig it is easy to see... Rather than base quality wins on how the team is at the end of the year you get credit for what the team was ranked when you play them... So they pump up bama's SOC by ranking FSU #3...Miraculously LSU gets ranked in the top 25 just before they play Bama even though they lost to an FBS team AT HOME...So Bama gets credit for wins against 2 top 25 teams even though both of them were trash....ESPN then uses those bullshit wins against "top 25" teams to justify why they belonged in the playoff over a more deserving team... No tinfoil here just facts... Pay attention to these polls and how they work em....Its designed to penalize the so called ugly ducklings for a loss to eliminate them and to promote their beauty queens even if they lose a game or 2...I will bet if Bama loses 2 games they still get in over a conference champ... They are already priming that pump...
