From what I’ve heard so far Chop and Isaac are both out.
You'd think a clause would be put in the player's NIL contract requiring them to play in any bowl game. I understand they don't want to risk injury heading to the NFL, but if they're getting paid and they should be required to play.
NIL can't have anything to do with "pay for play". We all know what it is, but legally speaking this would be a huge no-no and admission to paying a player to play. You'd think a clause would be put in the player's NIL contract requiring them to play in any bowl game. Next man up, let's see who is hungry.
#20 and #44 are incredible players ....... depending on the bowl opponent, they might not be missed.
Talk to the NCAA. LMAOSo why not admit to it and stop lying about it!
Until then, I imagine no one is going to open themselves up to a major lawsuit and/or sanctions by admitting on paper they are paying them to play.
My sources are now telling me Fashanu has played his last game for PSU, will opt out.
