I have heard people complaining about Bama students not showing up for home games. Winning has definitely become more important than putting on a good show. Recruits don't want to go to a school where students don't show up for games, they want the excitement of a full stadium. I think it will hurt their recruiting.
Can the university sell the student tickets to the public? If so no worries they’ll get the tickets sold
As long as Saban is there and they are in the playoff competing for national championships every year, their recruiting will be top notch. Recruits with NFL aspirations don’t give a rat’s you know what if Jonny the finance major didn’t show up to the game.
I remember even in Miami’s golden age they never seemed to fill the old orange bowl.
Maybe Alabama fans are so use to dominating everyone they are getting bored and they take it for granted now.
Off campus stadiums suck, ask sPitt.
