Top transfer DB from Georgia. His name is in PSU student directory reportedly. Looks like that’s a done deal. Huge pick up potential to help back fill the talent lost to the draft this year.

This is a good pick up. Harris played in 7 games as a true freshman at UGA. You have to be good to get on the field as a true freshman at UGA. They are probably getting Jalen Kimber, CB from Florida also. His name is also in the PSU student directory. Started his college career at UGA. He has two years of eligibility left.
