Who gives a Chit. Indiana heard how bad their schedule was for 2 years and they made the playoffs twice and won it last year.I hope Campbell makes a push for a better non conference schedule. We’re gonna hear about how pathetic ours is this season and other teams + ESPiN will be using it as propaganda against us if we’re being considered for the playoff.
Didn't hurt them at all. CFP Committee has shown every year that record means more than schedule.
I guarantee with our schedule and 2 losses there is a very good chance we don’t make it. Indiana had a weak schedule but they didn’t lose 2 games during the regular season and if they had they wouldn’t have been in.
Strength of schedule does matter so you really should give a chit.
So insults make you a BMOC in your mind sadly you don’t even know what that says about yourself. Good luck in your sandbox.
Oh yes, I agree with that. 10-2 is not good enough... has to be 11-1. I saw a bunch of talk about 11-1 and was commenting based on that record.

We won't miss at 11-1. At 10-2 yes it would be an issue.

But if we had a quality win in our non con schedule and lost 2 of our conference games things would be different
As the old saying goes, "Just win, Baby"!
@rip Winning solves 99.99999999999999% of your problems in sports 😂
This strength of schedule bullshit is the biggest con job ever pulled off...You want to jack up somebodies strength of schedule you do it by rankings...You see the latest ESPN power rankings? 12 of the top 25 is SEC teams...12...You wanna boost up Penn States strength of schedule...Rank 12 teams from the B1g in the top 25...This is based on what criteria? So now you got 12 teams from the SEC in the top 25 and they all play with themselves so no matter who wins it is a "quality loss"...or it is a "quality win"...There was a fantastic article written a few years back fully explaining the con...We all know the SEC is the sacred cow because of their business partnership with ESPN...Somehow even though they have been exposed as frauds over the last 3 seasons they still seem to have everyone genuflecting and cow towing to them...The whole thing is a farce...The B1G has been the best conference in the country the last 3 years with the conference winning the last 3 CFP national championship games and frankly dominating the tournament the last 3 years and I suspect this will be continue this season...
@the-funeral-director it doesn’t matter how you frame it. Our non con is pathetic and our schedule overall is weak.
Don’t disagree with the non con teams, but take a look at Miami and ND. Miami is rated much weaker than ours and ND about the same as ours. Yet I hear no analysts carping about their SoS.
More fuel for the fire, we are rated # 51 and Indiana is rated # 50. Where is the outrage?
WHO CARES. The SEC lives rent free in your headThis strength of schedule bullshit is the biggest con job ever pulled off...You want to jack up somebodies strength of schedule you do it by rankings...You see the latest ESPN power rankings? 12 of the top 25 is SEC teams...12...You wanna boost up Penn States strength of schedule...Rank 12 teams from the B1g in the top 25...This is based on what criteria? @roaminglion I was listening to sports talk radio yesterday and the dudes were saying the big 10 was a little better at the top but after the top 3 or 4 team the SEC is much better but I believe the big 10 is better at the top and the middle is about even but at the bottom of the 2 conference the SEC might be a little better but not much better. NIL and the portal has leveled the playing field imo.
We just need to win win win and all this crap will go away. Home game with USC should be the barometer for the season.
Man, you are really a sick puppy. Maybe mommy will buy you a new truck-truck for your sandbox.
One thing about winning: I do not care about einning a Bowl Game anymore. Doesn't matter. In today's world it's CFP or failure. I will still watch a bowl game to see young players and such, but winning or losing them makes no difference to me.
@roaminglion come on now roam you know it was fun watching us kick Clemson’s ass lol guys sitting out is just part of the game today and coaches have to have players ready to go if it happens. I want all teams playing by the same rules and let the best team win. I’d rather do away with bowls games and somehow do a 24 team playoff.
Shit happens during the season just like last year for us but the day we beat Clemson the team was firing on all cylinders with Jim Knowles gone we could’ve beat any team in the country that day that’s how good that team was. Clemson had a season like we did that things just didn’t go their way losing some games like they did and imo we man handled them and that was without our 2 stud RB’s but Clemson had players out as well. All I can say is Tennessee better get ready to score a lot of points 😂
I said in my post that I watch, but at the end of the day a bowl game is meaningless in regards to a season.@roaminglion come on now roam you know it was fun watching us kick Clemson’s ass lol guys sitting out is just part of the game today and coaches have to have players ready to go if it happens. I'm glad you think beating a 7-5 team without half of their starters and a bunch of backups was a big deal. I don't.Shit happens during the season just like last year for us but the day we beat Clemson the team was firing on all cylinders with Jim Knowles gone we could’ve beat any team in the country that day that’s how good that team was. @psujoe Nope. I was scratching my head, but Jerry apparently knows.

Jerry is.the trolls buddy and is a lot like Mikey !!

@roaminglion both teams wanted that game and winning gets you a winning season is big imo and we gotta the win. Also all the players Clemson had out is very misleading only 5 were starters. All wins are big to me some are just bigger but I believe we have a 4 or 5 game winning streak going which is also good.
No matter who is out/injured, a W is still a W. I don't recall nay opposing team lamenting they beat us, when we had guys go down....see Iowa.
@been-there-ii We only get 12 to 15 games a year so every win is great some wins are just a little sweeter.
