as of today I don’t see us beating Michigan or Ohio St but if we have a QB step up we might can get a win. I’m still predicting 9-3 maybe 8-4. 9-3 saves james Franklin but 8-4 he needs to be shown the door because this is year 9 and 8-4 ain’t going to cut it.
Your predictions can only come to pass if we fix the OL, find a running game and go with a QB that comes to pass. LOL!
@blushoes exactly right, a good QB goes a long way. I believe CV will step up I liked what I saw in the Rutgers game anyway. I know it’s Rutgers but I still liked what I saw. I saw a QB out there making plays and from what I’ve seen so far has a good arm. I don’t understand why he didn’t get more snaps after that I’m assuming james Franklin didn’t want competition with the QB’s. He did the same thing with McSorley.
No QB in our room is going to do anything special without a running game.

It won't matter if he's consistently hit 2 yards behind the line of scrimmage.
Our RB’s got took down one on one way to many time last year, you have to break tackles in todays football when it’s one on one. The days of having holes big enough for trucks to run through are over. Yards after contact baby.

Franklin will run regardless, not Yurcich. I've seen plenty of Yurcich offenses that threw the ball a lot when he wasn't under Franklin. Yurcich didn't all of a sudden become stubborn because he put on blue and white.
Franklin needs to butt out & let Yurcich coach.
