PSU SHOULD have one of it's best defenses in years. Parson's will be a Julias Peppers type terror on defense, Matos is just a freak, The LBs are loaded with talent, Wade and Reid deep with Brisker pitching in....this is a very good defense.
I expect a very good defense, but #2? That's a little surprising.
It all depends on the Middle LB IMO. I think that's our weakest spot at the moment, but Cam and Micah will be very good on the outsides.
Our DL is going to be nightmarish... I know all the talk is about Gross-Matos, but by the end of the season Oweh might be terrorizing QBs just as much.
I think another key is our offense. If Clifford and the rest jell and play up to their potential, they can help keep the defense fresh and operating at a high-motor level. Then it's lights out for the opponents offense. If we sputter on offense and leave our defense on the field too long, it could create problems.
